QuickSource is designed to bring clients and suppliers together in a mutually beneficial, automated buyer/seller environment. We match client requirements with supplier abilities utilizing the latest in technologies and best-practices to optimize the balance between quality, service, delivery, innovation and cost competitiveness.
QuickSource is a web-based bidding site where we post our clients’ requirements and enable suppliers to bid on the products and/or services. Our tools and processes drive efficiencies in the procurement process and are capable of handling single round and multi-round bidding, and reverse auction activity where appropriate. Everything is done electronically—including: invitations to bid, bid information notifications, request for information and actual bidding.
Interbrand Design Forum clients use the QuickSource bidding services to procure everything from Marketing and Legal Services to Office Supplies and General Office consumption to General Contractors, Fixtures (Gondolas), Graphics, and Store Transformation products and/or services.
To register as a supplier, start by clicking the "Registration" link above. Supplier registration for QuickSource is entirely free. You pay no fees or commissions of any kind. If you become a qualified supplier you may be eligible to receive requests for quotes or reverse auctions as your products/services match the needs of Interbrand Design Forum’s clients.
